The 4S Summit runs in two cities in 2026. Kansas City is September 25-27, 2026 at the Kansas City Marriott Country Club Plaza. Miami is December 4-6, 2026 at The Sunny Miami, Curio by Hilton in Sunny Isles Beach. We hold a discounted room block at each venue, so book before the cutoff. We host a networking reception on Thursday night for anyone who is available, so plan to arrive by Thursday night. The workshop begins first thing Friday morning and ends early afternoon on Sunday, so if you are flying, plan to leave Sunday evening. If you would like to come early or stay to enjoy the destination, the hotel will honor the discounted room block for a couple of days before and after the event.

As a part of registration, we are hosting a welcome reception. Breakfast and lunch are provided daily. We will also provide options to meet basic dietary needs.
