THE 4S SUMMIT IS THE BRAINCHILD OF AESTHETIC INDUSTRY ICONS TERRI ROSS, DR. RENATO SALTZ, AND IZHAK MUSLI

As the Founders and CEOs of The Aesthetic Success and key executive roles within the industry, we bring a wealth of aesthetic medicine knowledge and expertise in the area of sales, finance, and operations. We have presented at hundreds of industry conferences over the past 15+ years and while they are all very valuable and provide a wealth of information, we’ve found in our experience as speakers the presentations (due to time constraints) are mostly theoretical in nature and only allow for high-level information and ideas to be covered. Most attendees take notes from the presentations or photos of slides, and leave all fired up, but go back to their practices and have no idea how to execute the information they learned.

We partnered with world-renowned plastic surgeon and key opinion leader Dr. Renato Saltz, and together incubated “The 4S Summit: Sculpting Business Mastery in Aesthetics.” As George Bernard Shaw once said, “Don’t wait for the right opportunity. Izhak has a knack for breaking down the technical into point-by-point solutions that generate meaningful improvements for practices that follow his guidance.

Terri Ross is a prominent figure in the business and aesthetic industry, known for her expertise as a practice growth consultant and a highly sought-after international speaker. Her career spans an impressive trajectory, marked by significant achievements and contributions, particularly in the realm of aesthetic consulting, sales training and business development.

RENATO SALTZ, MD

An accomplished author, esteemed lecturer, board-certified plastic surgeon, and owner of Spa Vitoria in Salt Lake City and Park City, Utah, Dr. Renato Saltz is renowned as one of the early pioneers in endoscopic facial surgery.

He is the Founder of The American-Brazilian Aesthetic Meeting (ABAM) and The Image Reborn Foundation of Utah. Dr. Saltz has also served as past President for various industry societies such as The Aesthetic Society and The International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons.
