THE AESTHETIC SUCCESS 4S SUMMIT

As the Founders and CEOs of The Aesthetic Success and key executive roles within the industry, we bring a wealth of aesthetic medicine knowledge and expertise in the area of sales, finance, and operations. We have presented at hundreds of industry conferences over the past 15+ years and while they are all very valuable and provide a wealth of information, we’ve found in our experience as speakers the presentations (due to time constraints) are mostly theoretical in nature and only allow for high-level information and ideas to be covered. Most attendees take notes from the presentations or photos of slides, and leave all fired up, but go back to their practices and have no idea how to execute the information they learned.

Having worked with hundreds of clients as well as one-on-one clients with Terri Ross Consulting, we have identified the top 9 challenges in the industry and have developed the tools, training, resources, and data points to solve them.

We were determined to provide a solution and hands-on conference focusing on execution strategies. We partnered with world-renowned plastic surgeon and key opinion leader Dr. Renato Saltz, and together incubated “The 4S Summit: Sculpting Business Mastery in Aesthetics.” As George Bernard Shaw once said, “Don’t wait for the right opportunity. Our mission is to empower our summit attendees with hands-on, get-it-done, tactical Strategies, Systems, Structure, and Skills to master the business of aesthetics. FOUNDER, ABAM AND THE IMAGE REBORN FOUNDATION

An accomplished author, esteemed lecturer, board-certified plastic surgeon, and owner of Spa Vitoria in Salt Lake City and Park City, Utah, Dr. Renato Saltz is renowned as one of the early pioneers in endoscopic facial surgery.

He has maintained a special interest in facial aesthetic surgery, body contouring, aesthetic breast surgery, breast reconstruction, and all aspects of cosmetic medicine, which has led to his founding of The American-Brazilian Aesthetic Meeting (ABAM) and The Image Reborn Foundation of Utah, a 24-year-old non-profit organization dedicated to providing 3-day, no-cost retreats for breast cancer survivors in Park City, Utah.
